Topic: Moving from Safety-Cop to Problem-Solver: Improving communication, trust, and commitment

Summary: A general overview of Ashely’s practicum project focused on improving trust, communication, and commitment in the construction industry. The project was largely based on the works of David Provan and Erik Hollnagel to explore concepts like Safety-II and Guided Adaptability to compliment existing Safety-I approaches by using qualitative and quantitative methods.
